Paragraph one:
With this article the writers want to share with readers about empirical relationship between the crime rate and various measures of economic production and income. In the issues discussed in this article, we can clearly see the presence of externality, or rather negative externality. That we have already learned.Writing from the authors in this article is also reinforced by the data contained in the article titled Corruption, Crime and economic growth written by Benjamin Powell, G.P. Manish and Malavika Nair. The authors are two experts in the economic field and the articles they make are aimed at people who studying economics in dept and people who working in the financial economy. And also This article will help policymakers in determining future steps.

Paragraph Two-Four:
Based on what the author delivered. That there is disagreement, the presence of two opposing hypothese about the influence of economic growth with criminality. The first opinion or first hypothesis is in the "Environmentalist " position. Where they assumed that the increasing production activity would result in a variety of adverse impacts to the surrounding environment. and also increased criminality. This hypotesis is quite reasonable, but do we have to curate production?. From the opposite opinion, from the "Technocratic " side. They believe that increasing productivity and output will reduce the crime rate because of increasing productivity, the more revenue will increase and the opportunities of employment will be more and more.
So which is better ?.

Writer writes some empirical evidence to prove which hypotesis is better.Writer tested a set of ordinary least squares regression equations of the form and and put the result in the form of table 1 presented in the article. This table contains total crime rate and economic variables from 1933-1970. Based on economic experience in economic growth, in production and income measures, crime also to increase, supporting the environmentalist view at high levels of output and income.Computer-bassed Doomsday models have also predicted that economic growth and production will deplete the supply of Earth's energy sources. And we can see that the evidence that has been substantiated by this author supports the theory of the Enfironmentalist.

Conclusions made by the author are they offer suggest that increassing levels of production and income event though it’s mean generate levels of criminality. The author confirms that the increasing affluance of recent years has not delivered these results. And the role of the market system in preventing crime is less clear. The problability of arrest and conviction for most crime is still low. And the author confirms that the evidence seems to suggest that crime will continue to increase as measures of production and income continue to rise.

Article titled Corruption, Crime and economic growth written by Benjamin Powell, G.P. Manish and Malavika Nair also strengthened the writing in this article. In the article titled Corruption, Crime and economic growth this author says that The relationship between crime and economic growth seems obvious to most people. The author writes that the Substantial are involved in using crime as a variable to explain economic growth across countries. How can we understand the causal connections between economic growth and crime if we do not have a universal definition of crime?. What is a crime in one society may not be a crime in another society, making it difficult to meaningfully compare many crime statistics across countries.

Final Paragraph :
We do not need to impede economic growth or production to reduce crimes. Necessary is the mediator who can control everything and everything can be controlled Because it inhibits economic growth or production as it inhibits the innovation that we really need. Criminality will always be a problem. Therefore, there must be a mediator such as law enforcement that can minimize it without having to inhibit the growth. progress can be made by in understanding how crime highlights growth by creating such a measure. building on top of the existing economic freedom measures to include other violations of individuals rights as a step in this direction.
